那碗羊血是吃生的嗎???

我在北越有吃過生豬血

裡面加香菜、花生粉、一點香油，還蠻好吃的!!!

我本來以為是像豬血湯那種煮好的血塊~~夭壽勒!!一整碗血漿ㄋㄟ~~那東東要怎ㄇ吃阿!!我只吃過煮過的雞血~~弄碎加點魚露當沾醬~~~

是生的，但是不知道如何處理，并不會覺得腥。吃了以後也不會像吸血鬼那樣，滿嘴的血液留在嘴角。

并不是越南專有的特產，中國西南的一些民族也有這樣的食物。

補充一下，吃起來涼涼的，很像果凍。血紅的果凍！好吃哦！現在知道獅子老虎爲什麽愛吃生的東西了吧！道理可能是一樣的哦！
不過沒吃過的人會覺得肚子正在翻攪。

吃啥都不要緊,只要能補身體就可以了...
